1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Wait for return approval and instructions.

Ship the product back as instructed.
Return shipping charges may be:

Covered by us (if the return is due to our error), or

The responsibility of the customer (for change-of-mind returns).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
