• Pre-Orders (If Applicable)

Certain items may be available for pre-order. Estimated dispatch timelines will be mentioned on the product page. Delays, if any, will be communicated via email.

• Limited Edition / Exclusive Drops

Some products may be released in limited quantities. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the registered email address. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is canceled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hrs of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.
